Tapo c325WB lost in app after power outage
Hi
After power outage camera has lost in app. We have added fixed IP for the camera, put it seems not helping. Is static external IP also needed?

2. What's the TP-Link ID(email address) you used to log in to the Tapo app? You can also send it to me via a private message.

We added camera again, it's good as long as next power outage happens.
Our problem is that it's not connecting back. We need to add it again every time

You can try to reboot the router if the problem happens again, when the router is working, reboot the camera and check if the camera will work fine.
Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains for further analysis.
1. Send me the MAC address of your camera via a private message.
2. Check the LED status on the camera when the camera is lost in the Tapo app after a power outage.
3. Confirm the model number of your router.

Router what we are using is Zyxel LTE3301-Plus.
We organized a power cut. We took out router and then camera. We put back router first and then camera and it was ok this time. Camera worked ok after boot up.
Lets hope it's ok now

It would be cool if we could backup camera setings on localy.
We had to configure camera many times, and it would have been nice to use backup.
