tapo motion sensor alarm will not stop beeping

I have setup an alarm for detection (not the doorbell). When the camera detects someone the alarm goes off and will not stop. The bell hub doorbell ring is set to 5 seconds, but this is the person detection. I thing the detection alarm is set to 5 minuets and I can't see where to turn it down.

Hi,
Have you added an Automation entry to ring the hub Tapo H200 when the doorbell detects a person? If so, please go to the Tapo app>Smart tab>Automation>find the entry you have configured>tap the hub, and check or change its Ring settings.

@Senteg Thanks. I was looking everywhere but the smart tab. I have to stat, the alarm and the door bell need to be more in the forefront. I had a Ring before this, and on setup it asks you what chime and motion alarms you want, and no silly 5 minuet chime. Who on earth would want a 5 min alarm?

Thank you for your suggestion, I'll log it and forward it to the related team to evaluate.
On the Smart tab> Automation, you can change the hub's Ring Duration settings to 5 or 10 seconds, or you can also tap Custom to customize your own ring duration.
