Tapo C320WS Missing recordings
I have noticed this recently when checking back recordings for something. Some movements are not recorded and directly skipped to the next movement. I realized this because other camera captured movement from the one angle at (e.g. 5.07pm) but this camera had no recordings of that movement from a different angle at the same time (5.07pm).
Example for those who still dont understand:
5.07pm gate closed
5.08pm gate opens (movement)
5.10pm gate closed, car is now inside (movement)
there was no recording of the 5.08pm movement as if the gate never opened

Thank you for the case report, and please help confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Have you inserted an SD card into the camera to store the video recordings? If so, what's the model number, format, and capacity of the SD card?
2. Please send me the MAC address of the problematic camera via a private message, and you can go to the camera's Device Settings>Device Info page to find its MAC address.
3. Please go to the problematic camera's Device Settings>Detection page and send me a picture of this page. Then go to the Notifications page to check if it's enabled.
If the Notification feature is enabled, have you received a notification for the missing movement?
4. Can you share the movement not recorded by the problematic camera but recorded by another camera with us?

4. I cannot attach a video but if you can check the camera from your side, it is 2023-12-06 between 17:46 to 17:50. This is just one of missing recordings that I can find.

1. We are unable to watch your camera's video recordings, usually, only the owner of the camera can log in to the Tapo app with the owner account to watch the camera's video recordings.
2. I have reported the issue to the tech team, and they will contact you via email to get the videos for further analysis. Please check your email box and confirm.

Update: The other camera (camera 2) which captured the missing recordings of this camera in question (camera 1) also has the same issue.
It was missing recordings for the past 2 hours now, yet camera 1 recorded numerous movements throughout the past 2 hours. Is this something caused by the new firmware?? Did it broke the cctv system? very disappointed with the errors recently, it is supposed to be our eyes yet it records nothing.
Based on your advice for Camera 1 to set to 24/7 recording, I checked that it also has issues where it no longer records the few seconds before the movement occurs but only when the movement is already leaving the camera angle. What is the point of this?? I need to see the the before and after, not just during and after.
Seems like the new firmwares, 1.0.10 and 1.1.6 have totally screwed up the recording and detecting feature of C320WS. Pls resolve it IMMEDIATELY.
