Tapo C200 can't reset

Hi I got problem with my tapo c200. I got three of them. But on one I can not to reset. Any advice?

I plug in power it start red light and also night vision lamps after few seconds red light start to blink night vision still on.

I press reset button for 5 seconds but it all the same. Camera do not start blinking red/green. So I can connect in app.

Please ensure the reset operation has been done correctly.
How to reset my Tapo camera?

Then you can refer to Case 3 in the link below to troubleshoot, and if the problem remains, you can contact the retailer or the local support to check if your camera is under warranty.
