It would be quite useful to enable/disable privacy mode in cameras and other actions not usually exposed to assistants / platforms.

There are workarounds using SmartThings virtual devices + Alexa (which supports shortcuts) but depending on so many clouds is overkill.

+1. In fact, privacy mode control is available in Alexa, but not in Google or SmartThings. TP-Link needs to address it. Currently, I use a workaround with SmartThings virtual device to trigger actions in Alex, but I agree with you - it should be a part of the out-of-the-box integration.
