TL-SG1210MPE does not respond to reboot and POE commands

I have 4 units of they are working in a network consists of other Omada managed switches and router. The problem that I'm facing with this particular model is that after it works for few days, if i need to restart a POE port or even restart the switch itself, it does not respond to the Web UI command. I tried to access it also by Smart Mamagement Utility, but no difference, i still cannot perform the reboot using the software neither the Web UI. I'm wondering if someone faced such issue before and how did you solve it.
