Model: Tapo C310

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.3.7

I have installed Hiseeu NVR and 5 hiseeu cams

Later I added 2 more cams tapo C310 to that NVR through onvif

But let one Cam tapo C320 without adding to NVR

Now my tapo c310 displays wrong time infact gmt +10

While I'm in Pakistan gmt +5

But c320 displays correct time which was not added to NvR

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information about the reported issue.
1. What's the model number of the Hiseeu NVR? Are the time and date on the NVR and Hiseeu cameras correct?

2. If the Hiseeu NVR has the option to sync the camera's time to be the same as it, please try to disable or enable this option for the Tapo C310.

3. Please disconnect the Tapo C310 from the NVR, and check if the Tapo C310 shows a correct time on the Tapo app>Live View page.
If not, reboot the camera for a try.
