I am desperate - OC200 connection problem
I'm literally desperate!
Every 5/10 minutes my WiFi connection get lost
no error on the oc200, no reset happens, nothing visible
Phone, pc , tv, everything get disconnected (no WiFi signal) and after 10/20 seconds get connected back.
other things that happen: WiFi remain (full power) but I don't have connection (it isn't a provider problem), I can even reach the controller via 192.168.0.2
Oc200 is new! I tried to buy a new one but nothing changed. The first one I've bought about 3 years ago, never had a problem until 2 months ago (I changed nothing on my system)
OC200
router ER605
eap110 indoor (7pc.)
eap110 outdoor (3pc.)
2 ssid setted on the network
please, PLEASE PLEASE help me

Hello @Ivanx00
It seems that your issue is not caused by OC200. You can reevaluate your network topology and make sure that there is no loop in the network, as it might be causing broadcast storms leading to network drops.
For further inspection, it's also recommended that connect your PC directly to the EAP110 if possible to see if the computer can get access to the Internet. Have you tried resetting your network, including the router, OC200, and EAP devices? Sometimes a simple restart and reset can help in resolving network anomalies.

@KyrieM thank you for your response.
for the loop I'll check
i can connect to the eap because the problem lasts just few seconds.
when it happens, it will affect all the 10 eap at the same time.
Tue problem is not only the internet connection that get lost, the problem is that event internal communication didn't work, for example connecting to the oc200 via url 192.68.0.2 (can't load the page).
after few second of try it works
my iPhone sometimes can't find one of the two ssid for few seconds (the other one still remain with full power), even if I check in the WiFi settings can't find the ssid where I was connected. After few second the ssid is back and the iPhone automatically connects.
not all the device connected has the problem at the same time, but all the device has problem
how can I check there are no loops? By checking physically the wiring?
I never changed nothin anyway, can't understand
Thanks a lot

Just read your post and noticed you are running the EAP110s on the newest controller (5.12.9), in the release notes only the EAP110 v4 and EAP110 Outdoor v3 are supported with this controller version.
Are these the versions of hardware you are running?

@d0ugmac1 ER6p5 is a new buy, the problem started before and I tried to buy it hoping to solve the problem.
i reboot it at least 3/4 times a week and I have problem always (not depending on how much time I had a reboot)
2.1.2 Build 20230210 Rel.62992
thanks

It sounds like the ISP honestly.
If you open a CMD window or bash terminal, and set up a continuous ping to your controller from a Wifi connected device, does it ever lose pings? For windows, the command would be ping -t 192.168.0.2 and just ping 192.168.0.2 for OSX/LInux. If the ping via Wifi is continuous even though the internet is dropping, you could also verify it is continuous via a LAN port on the ER605. That will prove out the LAN side of your network.
I assume you only have 1 WAN port configured on the ER605?
Is your ISP modem in 'bridge mode', or are you double NAT'ing? If your ER605 WAN IP is 192.168.x.x then you are NATing and you can easily swap a laptop in from the ER605 and verify if it can continuously ping an IP on the Internet, say 8.8.8.8. My guess, is that will fail, and you have a physical line issue with your ISP.

@d0ugmac1 I'll try
All the device connected via lan did never lose connection (even internet connection)
this problem is only via WiFi
When I have this problem Omada controller (192.168.0.2) and all the other device in the network are not reachable for few seconds during the drop, after that (and a lot of imprecation) everything woks properly.
I can't understand why I lose WiFi connection (I'm standing still during the problem) and the network even disappears on my iPhone settings (but stille remains the other ssid with full connection)

I tried and while there isn't internet connectikn (via WiFi) a ping test give me this.
all the device via LAN still work (ping is ok, internet connection is ok)
What should be?
