Firmware Version:

We have a functioning Access Point.
Is it possible to verify MAC address on the label.
Cannot enter to manage it from connected device.
The problem is that we dont' have IP (and subnet).
We have try usal IPs but insuccesfully.
The have also veryfy ARP on connected devices but is not present.
Te have also try to connect to Wireshark but the IP is not found.
Is there a device finder or any other ideas?

Hello @PaoloHolzl，

The MAC address on the EAP's label is a way to identify it's identities. You can go to DHCP server side and find the DHCP Client list, use the MAC address to compare and find the IP address.
