Hi,
According to the UG of the TC60, the system LED flashing green quickly means the camera is updating. If the system LED flashes green for a few hours, you can try to unplug the power, wait for two minutes, and power it back on.
If the system LED remains flashing green, please press and hold on the reset button for 10s to reset your camera to factory default settings and then reconfigure the camera to make it work again.
Please help confirm the following information if you need further help.
1. The LED status on the TC60.
2. The LED changing process when pressing the reset button on the camera.
Best Regards.
