Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 3.6

i am trying to set up and configure this device on my network. I have used one previously on this network.

I have the device on a tp-link AV 600 powerline adaptor.

The EAP is powered and broadcasting but I cannot connect to the internet. All other extenders and router are working.

Any suggestions

Have you tried the AP connected directly to the switch and not via the Powerline? Just to rule out any issues there, if still not working directly connected then its an issue for you to address.

Powerlines can be erratic at best sometimes
