Hi I just bought an EAP225 Outdoor, the problem is that the device cannot adopt saying "Device Adoption Failed Because the Device does not Respond to Adopt Commands". I'm using a hardware controller. The EAP225 Outdoor will be installed to the GUGEL warehouse. Please see my network diagram for your reference. Thank you in Advance.
make sure the access point has access to these ports on the controller
UDP 29810
TCP 29811-29816
if it does then you should be able to adopt
Try and connect the access point to the same switch as the Omada controller and see if you can adopt then.

I don't know why but it suddenly connected to the controller, I just keep pressing the retry button after the error.
