rtsp, stream2 (low) working, stream1 (high) not working

Hi,
My issue is with the following items and their details:
- Model: C200
- Hardware Version 2.0
- Firmware Version: 1.3.6
- Model: C110
- Hardware Version 2.0
- Firmware Version: 1.3.2
When trying to access either camera via rtsp (application example VLC). I'm able access stream2 (low) without issue via the following URLs:
rtsp://username:password@192.168.192.5/stream2
rtsp://username:password@192.168.192.6/stream2
However, when trying to access stream1 (high) via URLs:
rtsp://username:password@192.168.192.5/stream1
rtsp://username:password@192.168.192.6/stream1
I get error:
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'rtsp://username:password@192.168.192.5/stream1'. Check the log for details.
When rebooting the cameras it seems I can temporally access stream1. But it's not long until I get the same error again.
Any ideas why this might be occurring? Is it potentially an issue with the camera software?
