Hello . My tapo camera is always connected to internet and keeps on saving on my mobile app free cloud .I have not paid anything for subscribe.i records and saved upto 10-12 day
But now I m in need of 03/5/2023 full day playback,it is available in my device from 16:40 of 03/05 can I get full day backup of I purchase premium monthly subscription thanks

The Tapo Care service takes effect after you subscribe to it successfully, and the video clips before you subscribed to the Tapo Care service are not available on the cloud server.
