Hi,
In this case, please reboot the router and the Tapo C200, after confirm the router is working, please check if the C200 is working. If not, please try to reset the camera to factory default settings, and then reconfigure it and check if it will work.
How to reset my Tapo camera?
How to set up the Tapo camera?
If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. Please check the hardware version of the Tapo C200, and check the version of the Tapo app.
2. Please check the model number and OS version of your phone.
3. Check the LED status on the Tapo C200.
4. What error message appears when configuring the Tapo C200?

Hello,
resetting the camera didn't help, the LED light isn't lit at all, and in the application, I see the camera as OFFLINE.

Hello,
If the system LED on the Tapo Cam is not on and resetting the camera does not help, please check if you are powering the camera with the original power adapter that comes with the camera.
If yes, please connect the camera to a different power socket for a try.
And if the problem remains, you can contact the retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty.

Hello .
The power is flowing to the camera as the night vision lights are slightly lit. The camera is not starting up due to a recent update. Is there any way to update the camera again? Unfortunately, it is no longer under warranty.
Thanks

Hi,
If you have followed the instruction in the above thread to troubleshoot, but the LED is still off, it's suggested to buy a new camera if the C200 is out of warranty.

Hi, I'm sorry.
The error is 99% the fault of the new software, because it occurred after the update. Unfortunately, after such an experience, I will no longer purchase a TP-LINK product.
