Good day! I hope you are all doing well. I would like to ask assistance about my device TL-ER7206(UN) v1.0. I was setting up Omada Cloud Controller, after all is setup the device was connected by using a free trial license. Everything was all working as it should, but I have seen a red dot notifying me that the firmware is outdated. Therefore I clicked the button to upgrade its firmware using the Cloud Omada Controller website. I have leave it alone doing its thing, but after a couple of hours or so there is no progress. I am still disconnected, therefore I checked it no light on the ports that has devices plugged in and try to restart the device. But still no luck, when restarted the device by unplugging and plugging it back in a span of a minute. All lights comes on in a second and then only the power light is left turned on and the ports light still does not turn on anymore. Can you help me to bring back the device into its working condition? Thank you
