OC300 Bricked after Firmware Update on ER7206 v2
Hi All,
I have an isolated network for experimenting with devices, which includes an ER7206v2 router, an OC300 Omada hardware controller, and 2x TL-SG3428 switches. Yesterday, I was updating the firmware on the ER7606v2 router to the latest release, but the mistake I made was not assigning a static IP to the OC300 controller, which was annoying but manageable. Here's the fun part: I lost access to the OC300 UI (which was expected). I then tried to factory reset everything (Router, Controller, and Switches). I was able to succeed with the Router and Switches without an issue, but on the Controller side, it is not responding at all. I only have the power LED on (the device isn't on the cloud, so the Cloud LED was off even before this event), and the LEDs on the Ethernet ports are also off, even though they are connected and the cables are functioning as expected with other devices. The physical reset button on the device isn't responding either. I tried several different factory reset/recovery mode methods, including those from https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3114/, but none of them worked. I'm just checking to see if anyone has encountered the same issue before, like I am currently experiencing.
Thanks
