I got as far as amber light and then unable to find tapo devise,tryed all the thing they asked nothing.

Thank you for the feedback. Is there any setting on the router that might block the internet connection of the ethernet port? Try to use the same ethernet cable connected to the hub and the ethernet port on the router to connect a computer (or other wired devices) to test whether the computer can access the Internet normally.
Can you share a screenshot of the error message here? Please send the Mac address of the H200 and your TP-Link ID to me via PM(private message), we'll help to look into it.
