@JhonneL  can you post an image of the MESH section of your EAP610 as shown below?  I am not fully understanding your issue but note that if the EAP is wired, it will not have a the option connect to another EAP, only wireless EAPs can connect to it as it is considered a ROOT EAP.

  @RickJamesBish thank you for your e-mail. I just recently did further validation; it's not only the mesh functionality not working in my EAP610 Outdoor, it's also the radio output, it looks access point is faulty no radio production or output in.

I tried to remove it in Omada and do the manual connection of its plan and do the factory reset and configure, no wifi signal shows on my devices to connect in EAP610 outdoor.

I will contact the supplier for warranty replacement.
