Model: HS100
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

I've recently changed my Internet provider and now have new Wi-Fi name and password etc. I had a number of Smart Plugs on the old network and have been trying to set them up under the new WiFi name and password. Whilst I thought i'd done this succesfully with the Smart Plugs, they've disappeared from the device list in the KASA app. Having tried to add them again, they won't set up properly. Each time I go to "Add Device" / Smart Plug / HS100 and plug device in, it automatically starts flashing green/amber, rather than initially just solid amber. I click "next" and it asks me to connect to the device Wi-Fi network, it initally joins then says "No Internet Connection".

I'd ideally like to totally reset the device and start again from scratch, but when i hold the top button down for 10 seconds as per Reset instructions, it just continues to behave as described. Any help appreciated.

@JSDF I have the same issue.  Once I go to the Settings screen on my iphone12, and click on the TP-network link, it connects, then after a few seconds disconnects.

I have rebooted router three times, deleted all smart plugs from the Kasa (and Alexa) app, deleted the Kasa app and reinstalled it.  Always the same problem.  I have three smart plugs, on which I have done the hard reset to factory settings.  All exhibit the same problem.

Up until yesterday, they all worked perfectly and had been for at least a year.
