All views a shades of red
I set up 2 C100 cameras a few days ago. The next day one of them changed so that all views are displayed in shades of red. The other camera is still showing natural colours.
How can I correct this?

Thank for your feedback, for the abnormal color of image, you could try some suggestion here:
1. Manually switch between day/ night vision mode
2. Reboot the camera from Kasa APP or by powering it off then on manually;
3. Shake the camera gently
If the above troubleshooting steps are not working, it is recommended to contact the local retailer and or our local support here to check warranty and with the forum information , hope this could help~

RESOLVED
Thank you for your suggestions. It appears that the issue is resolved and the camera is displaying normally again. My guess only, is that there could be something faulty within the device. As hoaky as the recommendation sounds, it did work. No individual action seemed to work; but when I did all of them (pop out the SD card, reformat, change between auto/day/night, give it a good shake, reset/re-install the device) it worked.
