Regularly rebooting the camera can help recover the connection if the camera periodically goes offline, that also helps to ease the burden of the running camera.

Can't think of what could be the cons...

@Little_C i turn my auto reboot on when im out of town.. this way if there is an issue w cam and noone can reboot it cause your not home, this way it will reboot once a day
