i have set the alarm to off in tapo care as i dont want any alarm sound to be produced. however today i checked and the alarm set itself on on its own how can i disable alarm permanently

It is recommended to double-check if Alarm settings has been turned off
If still the same, please take a photo of the Alarm settings when Alarm goes off and share a photo here.
Please share the MAC address of camera with us via private message, if possible, try to enable Diagnose mode for camera and help collect the log, thank you.
