I have cctv c310 and i want acces it using rtsp with public IP, my questions :

1. How to acces cctv using rtsp with public Ip?

2. Can i set manually the cctv with public IP?if can how?

It is recommended to test the rtsp streaming in the local network first, make sure PC and camera are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and see if live stream works.
How can I play an RTSP live stream of my Tapo camera

To stream remotely or with public IP, try to open ports on router for the camera's IP address, and use the public IP or WAN IP on status page to access camera

RTSP Service Port: 554

Test if ports 2020 & 554 are opened through port scan website like ' canyouseeme'

Besides, it will show WAN IP/ Public IP and should be the same as the WAN IP address on router web page. Btw the Public IP of router is assigned by your ISP
