I have recently bought a C100 to add to my home security, however the Motion activated recording keeps turning itself off.

In Tapo APP> Camera settings>Recording Schedule, make sure all the time blocks are selected there.
Enable Alarm on the camera will camera Alarm goes off then there is a motion detection?
Can I know how did you notice motion detection keep turning it off, you could share some photo or video clips via google drive or one drive link with us via private message and share some photos here showing the concern, thank you.
