Hi! How to I manually set the network gateway in this camera? I can access it locally, but I can’t from outside of my network.

I do not think we could manually set a gateway for tapo camera, but you could reseve an IP address for camera on router management page.
May I know were you trying to access camera on the Tapo APP remotely, or through rtsp streaming?
If you use third party software to live stream camera, try to open port 554 for RTSP, port 2020 for ONVIF service for camera on the router settings page.
