Hi,

I setup 6 Tapo Cameras and just found out it is only 15fps. All still images or Paused video are blured and cannot even recognize a persons face.

1. Any future plans to have a 30fps model Tapo Wireless cam?

2. Is the current Tapo Hardware capable of 30fps for a firmware upgrade?

Thank you.

*im Disappointed with 15fps, could have been atleast 24fps

Hey @vanQ

Please confirm the camera firmware and Tapo APP are both up to date first.

Currently we do not have any 30fps frame rate cameras yet, I wonder if you got the 3MP models like Tapo C210/Tapo C310 (outdoor) which could provide better image compared with 1080P?

30fps option sounds great and could satisfy users who need clear image, while 15fps frame rate also has some benefits in streaming fluency and saves capacity.

For the blur image,can you share some photo or video shared link and we will check if it's normal, thank you.

Thank you. Actually images are great. Blurs are expected on moving object and people i think due to 15fps. Hope to release some 24fps atleast camera or should be an option for selection 15/24/30 fps
