C200 functioning ok, but cloud storage "network unstable" error
All functions working correctly, but unable to view any more than the 3 preview videos on the cloud storage.
When I click to view all cloud videos I receive "network unstable" message.
Connection to 2.4 is strong -39 RSSI

Please help collect the log after error occurs ( sent you a tool to collect log by private message )
- Confirm tapo APP and camera firmware are both up to date
- If connect phone the home wifi network and see if you could view cloud videos
- If use LTE mobile data or connect to a different wifi network like office wifi, could you view cloud video
May i know the model of phone and its Andriod or IOS version, tapo APP version
the model of router and network topoogy.e.g. ISP XX --Arcfher C7 router <Wireless>tapo c200 camerara. , thank you.

Firmware up to date
Samsung S20
Firmware on phone and C200 up to date
Error still present on WiFi and mobile network
I have had no issues prior to this, the error has started after months of usage
