Hi, hoping someone can help. I've change internet provider so have a new network/router. Old one not yet disconnected but I need to change my two cameras to the new network. How do I do it? Can't find anything easily on the app (but not very technically minded tbh!)

To connect Tapo camera to a new Wi-Fi network or new router, try to remove camera from APP when they are online or manually factory reset tapo camera, then set it up again on Tapo APP, here are some FAQs that might help:
