Buenas tardes! tengo mi camara TAPO C200 hace 3 meses, ya he utilizado 2 tarjetas SD de 8 y 16 GB marca SanDisk, pero estas quedan dañadas luego de 2 semanas de uso, el formato que he utilizado es el Fat32, por lo que considero q es una falla de la camara, como puedo reclamar la garantia o que indiquen si el soporte tecnico puede ayudarme.

May I know does the SD cards still work with other devices right now. What is the Error message if the SD card does not work with the Camera?
