I'm currently enjoying the free trial that records clips from motion detection to the cloud, however when I press the option to download the clip, it says it has downloaded, but it hasn't, I was going to take out the subscription at the end of the free trial, but have changed my mind because the service is useless unless I can download the clips, so please rectify this problem and then I would be happy to pay the subscription.
