When I re-add the device after factory reset it could not update the firmware but the device is showed up under my Kasa devices home page again. When I go to device settings, there is a red exclamation mark next to Remote control and it is off. When I click on the switch to turn it on, I am getting a notification "failed another cmd is running" 

Something is real fishy here. Does this mean, after about 3 months use two years ago, this device went dud on me ? I have 3 other HS-110s purchased at the same time which do not have this issue. I am really pissed at TP-LINK brand at this moment.
