How to "seal" unused ethernet connector
Hi!
Since the c310 is outdoors can be connected with wifi or network cable, when we are using only WiFi is there anything to cover the cable connector and prevent it to be damaged since it is outside?
What is your guidance for this?

@Nuno00 Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. When using Tapo C310 outdoors, we will need to install waterproof Items for Ethernet socket, and here is a video:

If you mean the small hole left on the waterproof item, you may consider some waterproof tape for outdoor repairs to seal it. Hope this could help~
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will make feedback to related department for this part improvement.

That was what I mean!
When we are using the wireless connection, the network cable connector remains vulnerable, and it is outdoors.
Maybe you will need to include something to close that connector when it is not needed.
