Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.17

Tapo C200 kamera aldım. Görüntü kalitesi olarak HQ ayarlıyorum. Fakat uygulamadan çıkıp tekrar girdiğimde LQ olarak kendisi değiştiriyor. Görüntü kalitesi düşüyor. Bu konuda ne yapmam gerekiyor.

Hi, thanks for your patience.

The mechanism of HQ and LQ switching is designed as follows:

Local control (mobile phone and camera connected to the same Wi-Fi): Every time you open the APP, the image quality is the last option, regardless of whether you exit the app.

Remote control: As long as you don't exit the app, the image quality will be the option of the last exit page .

For example, If you remotely change to HQ, exit the page and enter again, the image quality is still HQ.

But if the Tapo APP is closed in the background or you close it yourself, when you re-enter the APP , The image quality will automatically switch to LQ.

I think maybe that's why you do not use the APP for a few minutes, the problem will not occur, but if you do not use the APP for a few hours, the problem will occur.

For HQ and LQ issues, to ensure smooth real-time view in a low bandwidth environment when viewing the camera remotely, we set the video resolution to LQ (360P) by default.

----If you do have high bandwidth, you can manually switch to HQ (1080P) on the "Live Display" page.

----If you view the camera locally, that is, your surveillance phone and the camera is connected to the same Wi-Fi, it will always be HQ after selection.

For remote live view, as long as you do not terminate the application, it will be the same as the option you exited last time (terminate the application and open it again, it will become LQ).

If you need to keep the HQ live view at all times, please lock the app to run in the background.

Thank you very much and have a good day.
