Model: HS220  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.4

Everytime we turn on our smart switch and the LG smart TV the smart switch will flicker from time to time. Any suggestions to fix the issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Sorry for the delay.

Could you please help me check the following information:

1. What is the model number of your LG smart TV?

2. There is a new firmware release for HS220 V2 recently, have you tried to update the firmware to be the latest one?

3.I have seen that there are 2 HS220 under your TP-Link ID, did all of them have the same issue
