Ticket time and date stamp is not correct and also ticket time limit is not working
Dear Support,
The time of the controller is correct.
But the time and date of the generated tickets is always wrong.
Also some tickets we make it 1 hour but the user we find it still connected for 2 days.
How to resolve the time and date stamp of the generated tickets and also the ticket time duration limit?
