Kc200 triggering with security lights
My camera is triggering all the time. I've set up the inclusion zones thinking it was bushes moving in the wind but I think it's when my security flood lights activate. It seems to think that this is movement. Can I stop this?

Good day,
Thanks for your patience.
Did you mean KC200 would detect the lights turning on/off as a motion, right?
Have you tried to adjust the sensitivity level to have a look?
Did this issue start after the first installation?
Is it possible that you could share a video clip to me for further check?
Thank you very much.

Good day,
Sorry for the delay.
I did receive the video link and sorry for the inconvenience.
It seemed like the Camera had detected the brightness change as a motion trigger.
But currently, there is no better solution now, except lowering down the sensitivity level and minimum trigger time or changing the location of the security cam.
And we have reported this feedback to the senior engineers for further evaluation.
Hope they would improve the performance of the motion detection in the future firmware upgrade.
Really sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support.

@Brook Thanks. I have the sensivity at 10-15% I'd guess already. It just seems really sensitive to light changes. Hopefully they can do something about the security light sensitivty as there are many many people who have them. I'd be grateful if you could update me if they do?
