The plug keep turning on/off without notice
cannot push the power button it will not work I have to unplug and plug again the smart plug to turn on ...
not sure what to do

Have you set up away mode on the smart plugs?
Since you have a kit, did both of them have the same issue?
How long have you had the plugs and when did the issue start?
Please also try to reset one of the smart plugs by holding the system button for 10s, then set up again to see what would happen;
