Press play on the live view page to view the detection history if it is detected. Drag the timeline and find the orange section. However, the detection record does not play. What should I do?

Good day.

Is your model number Tapo C200 or C100, or Kasa cameras?

Is there any video clip recorded on the APP?

And if it did not play, what is the error message?

By the way, how long did you have the camera, and did it work fine before?

 

There are some suggestions:

  1. keep the APP to be the latest version;
  2. reboot the smartphone and camera as well;
  3. test one a different smartphone;

I am using the Tapo C100. When I try to play it on my mobile phone, it does not play. The camera was recently purchased and the function does not work from the beginning. The app is the latest version. I tried rebooting the smartphone and camera, but the symptoms are the same.

Did you reset and set up from the beginning to see If that happened?
