Model: Tapo C200  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.10

I'm in UTC-00:00 Dublin, Edinburgh etc and the camera displays an hour ahead of what it should be.  I have to change it to UTC-00:00 coordinated Universal Time to get the  correct time to display.  But then, that can also go wrong and I need to move between the two timezones.    

 

something isnt quite right with the time zone settings.

Thank you for your time and patience.

Did this issue happen since you bought it or just recently?

After you choose UTC-00:00 coordinated Universal Time to get the correct time to display,  this can still go wrong; Do you mean the time would still go back to the wrong one, or somewhere else still had the wrong time?

Is there any time difference when you live - view the camera?

Hi, yes its always been like this with the C200 camera. UTC-00:00 coordinated Universal Time displays correctly for about 30mins or so and then it goes back to being an hour ahead of whatever the correct time is. UTC-00:00 London displays correctly only for a few minutes and then all of a sudden is an hour ahead of what it should be. I logged back into to check as we recently had daylight saving but its still an hour out. I cant get it to keep the right time.
