Hi there,

 

Quite desapointing, I live in HK and got 3 KC-110 and 2 KC-100 and it happens that Kasa care is not availabale "in my region".

Is there anything I can do to make it happen?

 

It is quite annoying to scroll the 5 cameras one by one and download manually events as you may understand easily.

Hello, Apologies that the Kasa Care service for the Kasa cameras is only available now in the United States and the United Kingdom, please be more patient as the Kasa Care is in a rolling process and will be available in more regions.

@Solla-topee still extremely patient ... project's rolling quite ..  a lot and still rolling ...

I'm afraid I did not hear a plan to release Kasa care in HK yet, currently Kasa care is available in the countries and regions: US/UK/AU/IE/DE/JP/NZ/CA

We would record your feedback again for further evaluation.
