My tp link smart plug is unresponsive to echo dot

My plugs are unresponsive to my echo dot but it was working fine before model is HS103

Can you use the Kasa app to control the plug remotely? Can you control it with the Alexa app?
What's the plug's light status? What's the hardware version and firmware version of it? You can try to factory reset it, and relink it to Alexa.

@Stella.Q yes I can use the Kasa app to control it but not the alexa app which I could have before but I don't know what happened

@Jay5555 If you can control the plug remotely, then you can try to relink the plug to Alexa again, please refer to the instruction below to do the settings.
