Hello

 

my HS100 is used to open on (then switch off) light for my fishtank, twice a day, here in France.

 

On my android phone Kasa app is runing smooth and see the HS100.

So from my phont i can swith it on or off on demand

 

Problem : issue when scheduling times

 

On my phone, app time zone is set to Europe/Paris.

On the HS100, the time zone is desperately locked on America/Dawson despite synchronising several times

 

Is there a way to fix this issue ?

 

Is there a way to reach the plug from a web browser ?

Please log out the KASA APP first, and then re-login with your cloud account. 

 

After that, please verify whether the Time zone synchronizes.

@oliviedu does not wok in Germany. I have the same Probleme.

Hardware Version 1.0

Firmware Version 1.2.6

 

What can i do???

We had some feedbacks about time settings on the smart home devices since yesterday due to the DST change and our senior engineers are working on it.
