Asking again.

Is there a way to use PTZ on Tapo C200 apart from the Tapo App?

Stated to be ONVIF Compliant, but it's NOT.

Hello, we can use the third party to play the live stream as the FAQ claimed; while it does not support PTZ yet.

Instead, we need use the Tapo APP to use this feature.

i wanted to buy it but since it does not support ptz through onvif I did not.

Please let us know when the PTZ via onvif is available. After that, I will buy a camera to each room. Thank you very much.

same here i hope you implement it via software update it shouldnt be that hard i guess. If the cam supports it, i would buy 5 more and suggest it to my coullege who also struggles with ip cams.

I am also interested in the camera, but without the PTZ controls over ONVIF, I feel that I wouldn't be taking full advantage of this product. I guess that it's probably best to wait for an update before buying. Please let me know in case this part of the roadmap for a future software release.

Hello!

 

Same here!

I would like to see support for PTZ so I can use it in iSpy. At the moment I need two programs running: ISpy on the PC, and, if I have to move the camera, the app on my phone.

Sometimes I'm considering buying a second C200, but I will wait for PTZ. Or till the dog is old enough and does not need any surveillance anymore ;)
