Hi There,
I have 3 x KC200 cameras installed.
2 are recording activiy and 1 does not.
All 3 cameras have the exact same settings.
It stopped working on the 13th Jan.
I can only view live footage, not dated activity like the other cameras.
An you help would be appreciated.

Do you mean there is no clips on Activity page for the specific camera? If so, please try the following troubleshootings:
1. Make sure the privacy mode is disabled and sensitivity settings is correct
2. Check the activity zone settings ame make sure the movements happened in the area you configured
3. Turn off the Kasa camera, wait for 10 minutes, then turn it back on and check if it works fine.
