Can anyone help me troubleshoot why my girlfriend can see all my Kasa devices (switches & miniplugs) in her Alexa account? This is not desired by either of us...

Did you ever link your Kasa account to your girlfriend's Alexia account on Alexa App(enable TP-Link Kasa skill on Alexa App)? If so, it is normal that she can see and control your smart devices.
If you both don't want that, you could disable the Kasa Skill on the Alexa App.
