TP-Link Tapo C200
Hi there,
I see that we can now get the RTSP stream / ONVIF
https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2680/
Can we obtain a JPEG snapshot somehow? via an internal web server maybe?

Hello.
Same thing for me, do you have any news about this feature please ?
I use a TAPO C310 for information.
Thank you.

Hello,
It is needed for OpenHab automation too.
Please, add this feature ;-)
Thank you so much.

@alanchow Is this still not resolved after four years?
This should be a common service for all network cams

I've just opened a feature request : https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/669808
May be they are more reactive when they see that a feature request has many votes.
Hope so.

Hi, any updates on your request? Were they able to help? I have 8 cameras in an Control4 environment that would benefit from this. Same for other colleagues at work.

@alanchow no, TP link seems to ignore our request :-(

@Kama
May not be relevant now, but with the use of AI, I managed to get a web server working too! Takes picture every one minute, although it deletes pictures every 60 seconds, then captures a new one, I could make adjustments to not delete the captures if you want a timelapse :). I am using a small chromebook as a server. so like, it can do it's job. just had to setup apache and ffmpeg. Only 2 requirements, project probably going to be posted on github. Also it will work only if you stream the camera with RTSP, so basically, any camera that does not have snapshots can get snapshots feature.
