Hi,i've bought the smart bulb KL60,It was connected to my net gear but It broked,i tried to turn It on using Alexa but didn't work so i understood that It wasn't connected to internet,i tried to reset It using the two methods: 3 and 5 turning on off but didn't start blinking,does anybody know how should i do.

Try turning it on and off a little slower.

Try to turn it on and off 5 times slowly.

And you can change another socket to plug and reset it or change another lamp base.
