My smart bulbs were connected to my home network but have become disconnected and when I go through the process of reconnecting they can't 'connect' - no idea what else to try - when you switch them on manually - they flash 3 times

Hello, try to turn it on and off 5 times slowly and then reconfigure it with the main router's wifi password.

 

And please move it closer to the main router before you set it up. 

 

Still the same, you can change another smart phone to give it a go.
