Hi there .  I'm a bit confused with the Away Mode . So please excuse the silly questions.

If your going abroad and want to set smart plugs for when your away  .  Is this done through the away mode ? If so how do you set for different times ?

Or do you have to go through schedules ?  I'm really not sure what the best option is .

Also If I want , Can I connect an extension cable to a plug?   And if so any recommendations

Thanks

@JFRG

You select away mode, and set the start and end time.

Then the plug will turn on and off at random during that time frame.

@JFRG

Like Bill said, you can choose away mode and set the start/end time, then the smart plug will turn it on/off randomly.

Or you can setup schedule to power it on/off at certain time.

May it help.
